If you are often clogged or if several elements in the house are affected you must choose the high pressure draining. For example:  If the water from the toilet comes out of the shower when you flush, it is a sign that the blockage is in the central pipe of the house. The high pressure package will be applied.

Hydrocleaning consists of unclogging and cleaning your pipes with a very high pressure "kärcher" equipped with specific ferrets. The nozzle goes up and cleans your pipes until it destroys the blockage.

You will not be charged anything extra, regardless of where you live or the time of day. The only exception is an extra charge of 20% for weekends and public holidays.

We guarantee your unblocking for 1 month after our intervention. This gives you time to test the proper functioning of your pipes. In the event of a new blockage, a second visit will be made on the same day as your report, at no cost to you. 

If there is no structural problem with your pipe and we are unable to unblock it, we do not charge for our work.

If the unblocking is impossible, for example due to a collapse of the pipe or a buried manhole making it impossible for our ferrets to pass through, we only charge the cost of the trip, i.e. 120€ inc.

We will locate the problem with the camera so that you can call in a plumber or mason to repair the pipe or update the manhole. 

A second visit will be scheduled to complete the unblocking and cleaning of your pipes, and we will deduct the travel costs of the first visit.

Our ferrets operate with a pressure of 350 bar. They comply with French and European standards and are safe for your pipes. 

If a leak is detected by the camera, we can offer you a repair without breakage thanks to the "lining".

In 80% of cases, we intervene the same day. If we are unable to respond (or if you are not located in the Hérault), we will inform you of the possibilities of an appointment as soon as we receive your call. Knowing that we are open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week

We accept all credit cards, cheques and cash.

For interventions on estimate (repair without breakage), a payment in 3 x without expenses is possible, by bank card.

If the blockage is in the common areas of the building, the condominium association is responsible for unblocking it. 

If the blockage is caused by a structural problem (broken pipe or poor design of the network) the repair and unblocking is the responsibility of the owner.

We will be able to determine the origin and location of the blockage with our endoscopic cameras to determine who should pay for the unblocking.
