We guarantee your unblocking for 1 month after our intervention. This gives you time to test the proper functioning of your pipes. In the event of a new blockage, a second visit will be made on the same day as your report, at no cost to you.
If there is no structural problem with your pipe and we are unable to unblock it, we do not charge for our work.
If the unblocking is impossible, for example due to a collapse of the pipe or a buried manhole making it impossible for our ferrets to pass through, we only charge the cost of the trip, i.e. 120€ inc.
We will locate the problem with the camera so that you can call in a plumber or mason to repair the pipe or update the manhole.
A second visit will be scheduled to complete the unblocking and cleaning of your pipes, and we will deduct the travel costs of the first visit.
Our ferrets operate with a pressure of 350 bar. They comply with French and European standards and are safe for your pipes.
If a leak is detected by the camera, we can offer you a repair without breakage thanks to the "lining".
