Our packages are designed to be adapted to generally less than one hour in 95% of situations. However, some pipes require a complete cleaning in addition to unblocking to remove roots, limescale or soap scum, which may require an extra hour of work to ensure a smooth and efficient drain. lasting results.
Terms and conditions of sale
Art 1: Purpose :
These GTCS govern the services provided by "Les Experts du Débouchage" to customers for sanitation services, expertise and any work falling within the scope of the company "Les Experts du Débouchage". These services will be carried out by "Les Experts du Débouchage" technicians. For its part, the customer certifies that it has full capacity to contract.
Art 2: Prices and Billing Method :
Estimates are free of charge. Our prices are all-inclusive and are shown on our website at the following address https://experts-debouchage.com/tarifs/ All services ordered by the customer from "Les Experts du Débouchage" are automatically due. Under no circumstances may the customer dispute the payment of an invoice for services performed (including unsuccessful unblocking attempts due to an anomaly in the customer's network reported by our technician on the work sheet or an order error on the part of the customer, e.g. unblocking a pipe that is not blocked, a full septic tank). Each package includes an intervention time specified in the estimate or in the details of our services on the Internet. This time has been calculated to carry out a standard job in its entirety. Any additional time spent will be billed at the rate of 1 hour. The balance of the invoice for services is automatically payable immediately after receipt of the work. In the event of late payment, the customer is subject to the late payment terms of "Les Experts du Débouchage". Any delay will be subject to collection costs of €40 and the application of interest in accordance with the following formula: Late payment interest = amount due (including VAT) X interest rate X (number of days late / 365). FIXED RATE OF 10%
Art 3: Right of withdrawal :
In accordance with Article L 121-29 of the French Consumer Code, the customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of the order without justification or penalty. The customer should send a letter or e-mail (contact@experts-debouchage.com) to the company "Les Experts du Débouchage". If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the services already provided will be payable to the company "Les Experts du Débouchage". This right does not apply to maintenance or repair services carried out urgently at the customer's home. In the event of cancellation of an urgent service (before the expert arrives or before the work has been completed), the travel costs (€110.00 inc. VAT) and all work undertaken will be charged to the customer.
Art 4: Disclaimer - Recommendation :
The company "Les Experts du débouchage" accepts no responsibility for any work to be carried out that may cause damage due to the inaccessibility or obsolescence of the customer's installations. For example compulsory hydro-cleaning from a WC (lack of access to the network) causing scratches on the earthenware, presence of an old manhole cover that could break during updating, old WC that could be cracked or broken during dismantling and reassembly, water damage due to an anomaly in the customer's installation (unglued or incorrectly fitted PVC), Intervention on a pipe or standpipe with risk of water damage, collapse or breakage of a pipe (poor fixing), leaky pipe (porosity, worn joints, circular crack), as well as all causes already existing before our arrival.
Art 5: Obligation of result - Obligation of means :
Unblocking operations are not subject to an obligation of result, but only to an obligation of means. It is sometimes possible for a sewer, a pipe or other equipment to become blocked and for us not to be able to achieve an immediate result: network anomaly, broken pipe, presence of roots, poor workmanship, buried manhole, lack of access to a section, etc. .... The obligation of means is legally governed by article 1137 of the French Civil Code, under which we undertake to make every effort to achieve the objective set. Liability under an obligation of means cannot be incurred simply because a result has not been achieved.
Art 6: Warranty - After-sales service :
Our company's services are covered by the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects. Work is contractually guaranteed for 30 days after completion, subject to proper payment of invoices and acceptance of the work. This guarantee applies to unblocking/cleaning work only when the camera inspection option is carried out after the work has been completed and the work has been properly carried out. In the event of a repeat of the defect found and identical to the previous intervention, and provided that there has been no external intervention, misuse of equipment, structural defects (pipe breakage, presence of roots, dislocation, counter-slope, etc.), but also that the camera inspection (option on our quotations) has been requested by the customer after the intervention or accepted by the customer, the company "Les Experts du Débouchage" will intervene free of charge within 30 days.
Art 7: Insurance

Mechanical or high pressure unblocking: how to choose?
The mechanical uncorking is preferred for small caps in the vicinity that only affect one item in the house. For example, a clog of wipes within 1.60 metres of the toilet.

Plumbers usually use our services for drain unblocking so that they can concentrate on their core business.
What is hydrocleaning?
Hydrocleaning consists of unclogging and cleaning your pipes with a very high pressure "kärcher" equipped with specific ferrets. The nozzle goes up and cleans your pipes until it destroys the blockage.

Can you intervene during the day?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all credit cards, cheques and cash.
For interventions on estimate (repair without breakage), a payment in 3 x without expenses is possible, by bank card.
